Welcome to Dynamo of London Ltd (“Dynamo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Dynamo offers premier chauffeur-driven car services, with access to luxury vehicles and related travel services, including airport meet-and-greet, and concierge arrangements.

3. Bookings and Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation by Dynamo. A booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon successful reservation.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required [at the time of booking/upon service completion]. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Dynamo can provide a payment link for payment

Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will NOT incur a charge. Cancellations made on the day of booking will be subject to a full charge
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.

4. Changes to Bookings
Amendments: Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Late Changes: If changes are made within 4 hours of the service time, Dynamo reserves the right to charge an additional fee.

5. Service Standards
Dynamo is committed to delivering the highest level of chauffeur-driven services. All chauffeurs are professionally trained, and vehicles are regularly inspected to ensure safety, comfort, and cleanliness.
Vehicle Requests: Specific vehicle models (e.g., Rolls-Royce, Range Rover, Mercedes Maybach) are subject to availability.
Arrival Time: We endeavour to arrive punctually. However, Dynamo cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

6. Airport Meet-and-Greet Services
Our meet-and-greet service includes a dedicated greeter who will meet clients at the aircraft door and escort them through immigration and customs, providing a seamless airport experience.
Additional Charges: A separate fee applies for meet and greet services and may vary depending on airport regulations and other factors.

Dynamo offers close protection services upon request, subject to availability. Our trained security personnel are available to ensure the safety and privacy of VIP clients. Charges for close protection services are separate and will be provided upon request.

8. User Responsibilities
Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles. Dynamo reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Damage to Vehicles: The Clients are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service. Dynamo reserves the right to charge for repair costs, including loss of use if a vehicle is taken out of service. A minimum charge of £150 will apply to cover valeting costs resulting from passengers fouling through drink, food or illness. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in our vehicles
Dynamo of London reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs or those whose behaviour poses a threat to the chauffeur vehicle or other passengers.
We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle and chauffeur if necessary.
Concerns or complaints should be reported to us within 48 HOURS
Passengers are required to always wear seat belts in compliance with legal regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability
Service Interruptions: While we strive to maintain a flawless service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdowns).
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamo's liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Operator Liability and Responsibility
As the operator, Dynamo Of London confirms that it accepts full responsibility for the provision of transportation services related to all accepted bookings. This includes liability for any incidents, damages, losses, or claims arising during the course of journeys arranged and delivered by Dynamo of London.
We ensure that all transportation services are carried out with due care, skill, and in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards. Responsibility for the conduct, safety, and performance of the journey rests solely with Dynamo of London as the operator.

11. Data Privacy
Dynamo respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through bookings, inquiries, or feedback is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
We may use your data to improve our services or contact you regarding bookings. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dynamo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
